I’m not the biggest fan of Lavender however this does smell
true to the scent of lavender. I’m happy
that #NewYorkBiology sent me this bottle for free to try out in exchange for my
honest review.
The lavender EO came in an amber bottle,
which helps to prevent oxidation, has a screw-on cap, and a glass dropper,
which allows for more precision. I’m
not new to EO I’ve been using them for over 20 years. I decided to try this one out on my husband
and see if I could get him to sleep sounder at night. Happy to say it worked like a charm. Lavender has a great calming effect on
people.
Using a spray bottle I filled it with water and add about 6
drops into the bottle and spray it on his pillows and sheets on his side. He was out like a light in a matter of time,
and slept through the night with very little snoring.
I’m looking to update my EO collection so I will be looking
