Summer Stuff for the kids

•If you have a Life Style Family Fitness facility, then your teens can work out FREE this summer! Teens ages 12-17 can get a FREE 2 month membership! This program runs May 15th-August 15th. You can check out more details here.

•Bass Pro Shops are offering up FREE family activities Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 6 p.m., May 30th thru July 5th! They will have free crafts, free s'mores, a free shooting range, free casting pond and more! Go on over here to read all about it!

•There will be tens of millions of coupons placed on the packages of Tony's frozen pizza products. These coupons will be valid for a FREE game of bowling, redeemable at more than 2,000 Strike Ten Entertainment member bowling centers around the United States. The FREE game is worth up to a $6 value with most Tony's specially marked pizzas at a retail price of just $2.50 to $3.50. Limit one free game of bowling per person, per coupon, per day. *Borders is offering up a Kids reading challenge! Kids 12 and under read any 8 books and then list the books they've read on the Reading Challenge Worksheet. They will then need to have a parent/guardian sign the completed worksheet. Bring the completed worksheet to any Borders or Waldenbooks store between May 26 and August 31 to save 50% or more on selected items!

Plus, get a FREE $5 Gift card thru May 31st, if you bring in a Summer Reading list from your child's school! You can also use this $2 off any Kids Book coupon to save even more!

*Apple stores are offering up "Apple Camp" for kids ages 8-12! Your kids will have the opportunity to make a movie, create a photo slide show, write and record a song, put on a show for everyone, and more! At Apple Camp, kids learn how to do cool stuff on a Mac and discover their hidden talents along the way.

Apple Camp is available at EVERY Apple Retail Store, and each FREE workshop lasts three hours. Go on over here to find an Apple store near you and sign your kiddos up! (There's 3 in Central Florida Altamonte, Florida Mall and Millenia)

*Barnes & Noble is starting up their 2009 Summer Reading program! Your child will need to read 8 books of their own choosing. They will use the Summer Reading Journal available here to write about their favorite part of each book. A parent/guardian signs the journal when it's complete. Then they can bring their completed Reading Journal to a Barnes & Noble store between May 26th & September 7th, 2009 and get a coupon for a FREE book! You can check out more details here.

*Home Depot offers FREE "How-To Clinics" for kids between the ages 5-12. The workshops are available on the first Saturday of every month between 9 am and noon at all Home Depot locations. Click here for more info and locations.

*Regal Entertainment is offering up a FREE 10 week Film Festival for kids and families this summer! Every Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 10 a.m. they will be giving away FREE PG & G movie tickets.
